The dealership itself was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Will, my salesperson, was very patient with me, and extremely knowledgeable. He set up all the tech on my iPhone, saving me all the time and trouble. Even drove me to turn in my rental! He and Todd, my finance guy, made sure I left pleased with my decision. The whole experience was pleasant and effortless.
Very nice people but it took an hour for a tire rotation and oil change. I would expect it to be completed in 30 minutes.

When one of their service guys accidentally backed into my car, they comped my oil change, and repaired my vehicle for free. They were very polite and apologetic about it, and everyone in the service center was fantastic through the whole process.

Fred Farmer was the only person that spoke to me during the entire our car was there for service. Poor communication skills from the service department. My husband had to call and ask certain services be performed that were NOT on the recommended services.
