The Mazda CX-3 is a five-passenger subcompact crossover SUV. It is offered in three separate trim levels and several packages can be added. The trim levels are: Sport, Touring, and Grand Touring. When it comes to the engine, the CX-3 offers a 2.0-liter four-cylinder that produces 146 hp and 146 lb-ft of torque. It is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission.
The base Sport comes with a 7-inch touchscreen interface, an auxiliary audio jack, push-button ignition, a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, a CD player, Pandora Internet radio, a rear roof spoiler, Bluetooth®* audio and phone, a six-speaker audio system, a rearview camera, 16-inch wheels, variable intermittent wipers, a height-adjustable driver seat, cruise control, automatic headlights, and air conditioning.
The Touring gains 18-inch wheels, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, a front-row center armrest, blind-spot monitoring, keyless entry and ignition, rear cross-traffic alert, heated mirrors, leatherette and cloth upholstery, and heated front seats.
The top trim, the Grand Touring, offers leather and synthetic suede upholstery, a rear cargo cover, HD radio, adaptive LED headlights, a sunroof, satellite radio, a navigation system, LED fog lights, automatic climate control, LED taillights, a seven-speaker Bose audio system, and steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters.
In addition to these trim levels, you can choose to equip various packages to the Mazda CX-3. For instance, an i-Activsense package adds lane departure warning, a forward collision mitigation system, adaptive cruise control, automatic braking, automatic wipers, and automatic high-beam headlight control. You can also equip the Touring with a Premium package which gets you the following features that come with the Grand Touring: the Bose audio system, a rear cargo cover, and a sunroof.
