We have been coming to Med Center since moving to Birmingham and the staff re great. Gerald who we have worked with both times is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The app is a convenient tool to schedule service(s) that we need and the video sent by the technician is great because you can see what they are working on. There is always no hidden surprise when we come to get our car serviced. They also do a great job communicating what items needs to be addressed either on the spot or for the next service. They take great care for our vehicle and their customer service is top notch.

I called in to the Service Manager about a problem and was scheduled for the next day. Bob, the service advisor, was very helpful. He explained the problem and saw that it was corrected. All was done while I waited. I am very pleased with the service that I received. Ben Evans, the new service manager, is on top of things.

I had a great experience there. Will was a great sales guy not pushy at all. Nothing was hidden and all explained very well.

I am writing to express my appreciation for Will Lastrapes and the service I received at Med Center Mazda in Pelham, AL. On August 11, 2026 I visited the dealership and purchased a 2026 Mazda CX30 automobile. Since that day I have returned twice to visit Mr. Lastrapes. During the several months prior to my first visit I had felt anxious about buying a new car in a dire economic climate brought about by tariffs and war. Media reporting described car purchasing as fraught with escalating expense even for a middle class consumer. On my first visit Mr. Lastrapes greeted me at the door and we went to his desk. I admitted both my apprehensions and my desire to discuss Mazda CX30s and CX50s. He asked questions and listened attentively to my responses. Most questions centered on my car use. I indicated that I needed a vehicle to be efficient with both local driving and long road trips. We stepped onto the lot and approached two red Mazdz CXs -- one a CX30, the other a CX50. On a gut level I fell in love with the CX30. We took it for a test drive. It handled well and Mr. Lastrapes showed me several advanced features that were unfamiliar to me. The sound system was amazing and I liked how it worked in tandem with my Spotify. Listening to music especially curated by me in my new gorgeous vehicle continues to be a great source of daily joy. Mr. Lastrapes said that it was important to him that I understand all the features of my car and that he is there for me. This explains the subsequent phone calls and visits back to the dealership. His customer service ethic is the very best I have ever experienced. He even helped me reconnect with my onlie finance account when I got locked out as my monthly withdrawals began. His commitment to me is sincere and very helpful. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. Financing was a breeze. Mr. Todd Mayers checked my credit score and set up financing with terms friendlier than I thought possible. The car comes with a good warranty and I purchased a longer service plan that is included in my monthly auto pay. There was a generous cash incentive and I was pleased with my trade in offer. All in all, a little worry turned into total satisfaction. Go to Med Center Mazda and be sure to ask for Mr. Will Lastrapes.

5/5 Med Center Mazda and Rubin set the standard. I bought a Mazda CX-90 from Med Center Mazda and worked with Rubin from start to finish. I still can't quite believe how smoothly the entire process went. Outstanding experience no pressure, clear communication, and a team that actually follows through. The CX-90 is a beautiful! Delivery was just as good as the purchase. Highly recommend Med Center Mazda and Rubin.
