I am writing to express my appreciation for Will Lastrapes and the service I received at Med Center Mazda in Pelham, AL. On August 11, 2026 I visited the dealership and purchased a 2026 Mazda CX30 automobile. Since that day I have returned twice to visit Mr. Lastrapes.

Jarron Burdette is the best salesman I have ever worked with at any car dealership. He made the whole process very easy. He waited outside for us with the cars I wanted to test drive ready to go. Jarron is extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and Mazda in general, which helped me feel confident in the car I was buying. We recently spoke with Adam concerning the balance owed with Mazda Financial since our car was hit by an under the influence driver. Insurance needed some info that we couldn't locate. Adam looked up the needed info and explained how the insurance payoff would work. He eased our minds during a very stressful time! We really appreciated his time and knowledge!

Dewayne did an excellent job, no pressure on us at all. We felt welcome and at home. We showed up to see a specific car, just so happened to be the GM demo, he had to get the keys from him so we could go for a test drive. Anyway, we had a great overall experience, Todd was professional and got business handled quickly for us.

I came in on Saturday after texting with Billy Mansel about a new Mazda 3 they had on the lot. He’d emailed me a quote, so when I got there, all we had to do was the test drive, and sign the papers. We didn't end up buying a vehicle but the entire process was great. The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. They did everything they could to work with us but the vehicle was just slightly out of our price range. If it wasn't for the price I would absolutely purchase a vehicle here. Definitely recommend this dealership if you need a vehicle.

We did most of the work online before we arrived at the dealership since we live about 50 miles away. Everything was just as the pre paperwork indicated, no hidden fees or charges. We were only there 2 hours to complete the deal.

I’ve had good experiences so far with Med Center Mazda, I have an appointment on Wednesday next week and expect it to be no problem.
We looked at other brands as well. Tony helped us settle for a Mazda. He gave us space to make an informed decision. We never felt pushed into buying or paying too much.
Mark was very attentive to our needs and listened to what we wanted before even running paperwork which is super rare for a dealer. He gave us multiple options and crunched numbers and weighed the pros and cons to our situation and put us in exactly the car we desired with no hassle. Financial was made quick, easy and to the point and the paperwork dread was almost non existent. This dealership is an hour and a half away from my house but I will be back and sending others.

Went to Med Center, Mazda to look at new vehicles, Anthony Beaman, meet us in the lot and asked what we were looking for in a new vehicle we told him and he showed us three cars. We test drove all three and picked the Mazda CX 5. Todd Msyers completed the purchase in a short period of time. absolute best experience we ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I would highly recommend Med Center Mazda.
