It is hard for me to say that anyone is perfect- there is almost always room for improvement. But, Joey Chance was so helpful. He seemed honest, trustworthy, and straightforward- which I very much appreciate. The finance person was helpful- he was also straightforward and explained what we were doing. They both made the experience almost enjoyable- and I don’t normally enjoy purchasing a vehicle because it seems the salesperson and/or dealership wants to play games with me. They did not treat me that way. Would definitely recommend our salesperson and the dealership.

Almost impossible to make the appointment. Three days for a response Service advisor said that it must be something I’m doing wrong. This was the 3rd time the front passenger power seat switch had been replaced. He said that loaners are for customers with the CX-90. So I waited three hours. I hope I never have to bother the service department again. Other than that, I honestly can’t brag enough about the sales department or the parts department. Great team up front. I hope the service department gets a redo soon.

Absolutely the best people and dealership anywhere. I've purchased six cars from them over the past fifteen or so years and I have tried other Mazda dealers but still drive over 200 miles from my home because they have always made it worth the time and effort.

We had a no hassle all around pleasant experience with Med Center Mazda. I worked with 3 other dealerships and this was by far the most straightforward encounter. I felt like they were building a long term relationship. The price was clearly stated without a whole bunch of surprise add ons. This was the only dealership not trying to sell air in the tires. I recently brought my daughter’s car in for service and received a note stating it needed new tires. I called twice and left a voicemail for my service advisor to discuss the options—especially given the car has only 26,000 miles—but never received a return call.
Instead, I received a text message stating the price was non-negotiable as it was set by Mazda, with no further follow-up. At that point, I chose to purchase tires from a provider who took the time to speak with me and valued my business.

The conversation I had with the woman who made my appointment was delightful. We talked through my needs and it was determined that I would drop off the car and leave it while I was on vacation. I recently had a less than perfect experience that would have been avoided had my service advisor listened and communicated with the mechanic working on my Miata.
The AC had started blowing hot and I recharged the unit myself. The coolant was empty after a few days and I knew it was a major leak. I told the advisor this when I took the car in. I went to my first 360 service and had tires rotated. oil changed, and recall fixed no qualms, came early, got my car done within 2 hrs was great
